All agencies must provide accurate and complete details during registration. ePrinton reserves the right to verify your submitted information, including business identity and address proof.

2. Business Conduct

Agencies must operate professionally and ethically when representing ePrinton. Misuse of brand assets, false promises, or misleading communication to customers is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders and Payments

All print orders must be placed only through official ePrinton channels. Payments should be made via authorized gateways or UPI options displayed in your dashboard. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Wallet & Commission

Approved wallet balance or commission amounts can be used for future orders or withdrawn as per company policy. Any misuse or false payment claim may lead to suspension.

5. Responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for ensuring correct artwork, size, and quantity before confirming orders. ePrinton is not liable for design or data errors provided by the agency or its customers.

6. Branding and Marketing

All official ePrinton logos, product names, and designs remain the property of ePrinton. They may not be altered or used for unauthorized promotions without written consent.

7. Account Termination

ePrinton reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or misuses the platform.

8. Confidentiality

All business data, pricing, and templates provided to agencies are confidential and must not be shared with competitors or external entities.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

10. Updates to Terms

ePrinton reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Partners will be notified via email or dashboard announcements.
